Harvest Moon Mental Health Services is a small group of mental health providers, passionate about providing evidence based + trauma informed care in our community.
About Us
How We Began
Harvest Moon was founded in 2020 by Founder Corrie Ehrbright during the first COVID outbreak; the world was in lockdown and the way therapy was being provided was changing. She brought together a team of therapists…
During the pandemic, Harvest Moon kept its doors open because we were creative in finding safe ways to meet our client’s needs. We offered in person sessions that were safe and effective. This meant sometimes we were walking on the lakewalk six feet apart with masks on, and we used Telehealth for remote sessions that provided the highest level of privacy.
Who We Are Now
Our team is the heart and soul of Harvest Moon Mental Health Services.
Comprised of four highly experienced and compassionate clinicians, our team brings a unique set of skills and specialties to guide individuals on their healing journeys. With individual private spaces (Telehealth sessions still offered as well) designed to create an atmosphere of safety and comfort, our clinicians foster a sense of trust that allows clients to open up and explore their deepest emotions.

How We Support
Harvest Moon Mental Health Services helps people with mental health and substance use problems. We use different therapies like EMDR, ART, and Brainspotting, which can be helpful for emotional struggles, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and attachment issues.
You don't have to understand all the intricate details and complexities of these therapeutic approaches because your skilled therapist will be there to guide you in finding the most appropriate and effective treatment for your unique needs. Rest assured that their expertise and extensive training will enable them to make informed decisions about which therapies are most likely to benefit you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
At Harvest Moon, our clinicians’ community involvement is a crucial commitment. One of our strongest values is in supporting marginalized people within our community.
Through counseling contracts with CADT and CHUM, board involvement in service oriented organizations, as well as facilitating specialized groups in the community, and more, we are proud to support healing and connection in the Twin Ports.

The Significance of Our Name
The Harvest Moon is a time in autumn when we harvest our gardens. During this time, the moon is big and it is bright, illuminating the bounty that we have spent the past year nurturing.
We spend time in the dirt, we get messy, we fertilize….we pull weeds and we plant seeds. We spend time watering and caring for these plants.
To us, therapy is much like this. We often look back and dig around, we find weeds and we create new pathways for a healthier life. I believe we can learn the skills to nurture our own lives this same way.
